"Definitely not," She breathed out at the feel of her hands.
"Hey! Where are my towels?!" Kelsy called her voice closer.
Mack groaned as she pulled back from Sophie and took a step back quickly fixing her shirt. "Go grab the towels, I get dinner started," Mack said kissing her. "We can finish this later."

Sophie ran a hand through her hair to smooth it out as she heard Kelsy’s voice. “They’re not where I thought they were. I’m pretty sure the clean ones are in the dryer.” she called back, heading to the laundry room to grab them.

"Whatever," Kelsy said as she found her and Mack standing in the hallway together.
"Here I'll show you to the bathroom," Mack said as she led Kelsy to the bathroom. "Feel free to use whatever you want shampoo and conditioner wise and soap."

Sophie felt her cheeks flushing. She definitely wasn’t mature enough to take care of a child. Lizzie was different. She was still a baby and wouldn’t walk in on them doing anything. Kelsy, on the other hand, was testy enough without anything potentially adding to it. She sighed and pulled the clean towels out of the dryer, putting away the extra ones before heading to the bathroom. “I’m coming in,” she called, not really caring whether Kelsy was still dressed or not. They were related after all, it wasn’t a big deal.

Kelsy was texting on her phone while the shower heated up. She glanced up at her sister. ”Thanks… and look I could care less what you and your hot as hell fiancé do together but just… I don’t want to see it…” Kelsy said to her

Sophie raised an eyebrow. “Funny, I don’t remember asking.” she drawled. “I’ll leave these here.” she added, placing the folded towel on the counter then leaving the room.

Sophie headed into the living room and plopped down on the couch. “I don’t know what to do about her,” she groaned. “When Jason showed up she bolted, calling him again wouldn’t do any good. I don’t think she’d do any better if mom came to get her, and I can’t deal with my mom right now anyway. Last time I saw her it triggered that whole… mania thing.” She was still having a bit of trouble accepting that.

Mackenzie looked at Sophie and she let her hand rub her back lightly. "Maybe you should just let her get adjusted to being here. Let her relax for a few days and then bring it back up again," Mack said to her. "I don't think calling your mom would be a good idea. I think Jason will be a better idea but she needs to be ready for that and in a few days I think she will."

Sophie shrugged and pulled her knees to her chest. “I can’t take care of her right now,” she muttered. “She’s not as easy as Lizzie. She managed to get a plane ticket and flee the country on her parents’ watch.”

Sophie shook her head. “She acts like I did when I was 13.” she said. “We can’t enforce rules with a one time punishment, I doubt she’ll follow them. Setting rules that she doesn’t follow will just encourage her not to follow rules moving forward.”
Mackenzie looked at Sophie. ”So what do you think we should do? If she doesn’t want to go with Jason, maybe this will be the best place for her to stay until we figure something out,” Mack said softly
